I would define it as continual majority rule. The anti-majority aspect should be obvious at this point: the President lost the popular vote (and indeed got the votes of only 26% of eligible voters), and the majority of the Senate represents

Can we please stop talking about "precedent" when the last time was over 150 years ago? For some perspective, there were only 31 states at the time.

There's no democracy to preserve. The Supreme Court is inherently anti-democratic. As is the electoral college, the Senate, etc. The US Constitution is explicitly anti-democratic, and it always has been, as the founders intended. I

There's a tendency to overstate the popularity of our politicians. The President received 46% of the vote with 56% turnout, which means only 26% of the eligible vote. And many of those voters "plugged their nose" at the polls

I'm not sure it really matters. Only the Epic installer needs to go through macOS Gatekeeper. The downloaded games don't need to go through Gatekeeper. They can be signed with the same cert, or even be completely unsigned.

IMO the biggest issue with DDG is that you can't really advertise specifically on DDG. Most people don't realize this, but DDG doesn't sell their own advertising, they use Microsoft's advertising network! This just seems

The crucial data point is missing: "two very small incomes". US minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. 2 people working full-time at minimum wage would bring in a household income of $30k per year. But you couldn't possibly pay off

Standard Netflix is $12.99 per month currently. So that's $155.88 per year. Over 4 years, $623.52. You didn't pay off $60k in student loan debt and buy a house by refraining from Netflix.
