The scary thing is if NATO decide to get involved, and it turns into war between NATO and Russia, then the security of the Baltic States plummets. Currently, as NATO members, they are not likely to be attacked, but if NATO declares war then

Couldn't it work just as easily the other way? Especially with tech in such high demand. Posting wages might make it easier for companies to offer higher than others in an attempt to attract talent, leading to competition in the market

This reminds me of the old eBay scam where the listing would be worded in such a way as not to actually say that you got more than the picture of whatever was listed, but people bought it as their expectation was inherently different and th

Haha, I find the recommendation for Panasonic for an ad free experience quite ironic. They were the first to go there circa 2013: boot screen, home screen and volume ads. But, they got a lot of backlash, and I doubt it was as lucrative as e

Nice that this looks like it's going to be the engine for WindiCSS 4.0.. less fragmentation is for the best, and Windi does a fantastic job already.

The minute tech gets involved it's also another thing to go wrong.. Personal anecdote time: Recently went to a car park that had to pay by phone and no phone signal (in the UK if it's relevant). This was obviously a common problem

It sounds similar to the current "standing charge" you get on UK household energy bills (don't know about the rest of Europe). Even if you don't use any electricity you still pay a day rate (on most tariffs). What I&#x27
