I am not sure who is the intended customer for this service. The prompt and the model go hand in hand. If you randomly select the model the likelihood of getting something consistent is basically zero. Also model pricing don't very tha

That is a lot of code! Maybe that is the problem. Normally I review 3-5 files in a single change. Tests are done separately to reduce the impact of writing tests that fit whatever it was written and there are a few dozen custom eslint rules

I am sure everyone is invested in their own project - I just happen to be invested in a project that is somewhat connected to this topic. But yes I do use a lot more AI then I used to 6 months ago - some of them internally built - many othe

The vast majority of vibe-coded apps are subpar because they're not built by experienced developers who understand proper software engineering practices. However... while I risk sounding like the discussions in r/vibecoding, I am

You are not wrong but in most cases this is a trojan horse. It has the characteristics of a classic rugpullware. At the top level looks like open source but it is not really because parts (the most useful ones) of the project are not. Imagi

Well either that or stuff the tool usage examples into the prompt for every single request. If you have only 2-3 tools GraphQL is certainly not necessary - but it wont blow up the context either. If you have 50+ tools, I don't see any

We have well described OpenAPI and GraphQL specifications already. :) Being AI-first means we are naturally aligned with that kind of structured documentation. It helps both humans and robots.

Our agentic builder has a single tool. It is called graphql. The agent writes a query and executes it. If the agent does not know how to do particular type of query then it can use graphql introspection. The agent only receives the minimal

Given that all of these agents are written in javascript I have always wondered why they cannot simply use https://isomorphic-git.org/ and do everything in memory.

Also, this is how GitHub Copilot works when rendering UI to preview draft tickets. It is simply a markdown fenced codeblock with some special properties in the language definition. Not only this approach is more specific to the application

This is so redundant it is beyond reason. Given LLMs can generate code complex frontend code, why is so difficult for Antropic / OpenAI to prompt their chat applications to create UI on the fly that matches 100% their Chat applications

I've started a company in this space about 2 years ago. We are doing fine. What we've learned so far is that a lot of these techniques are simply optimisations to tackle some deficiency in LLMs that is a problem "today".

This is true. Based on my experience with real customers, they really don't know what is the difference between the different models. What they want is to get things done. The model is simply means to an end. As long as the task is com

This is a huge undertaking though. Yes it is quite simple to build some basic abstraction on top of openai.complete or similar but this like 1% of an agent need to do. My bet is that agent frameworks and platform will become more like game

IMHO, the goals is not to have to watch what agents do and let them do the work. I would personally invest into making agents more autonomous (yes hard problem today) then building a desktop video session protocol to watch them do the work.

There is a lot of repetition when it comes to building AI system. Frameworks don't help. No-code builder are still too rigid. We are making "batteries included" API to bring agentic AI into any platform. https://do
