stay away from PuTTY!! Antiviruses detected that their .exe was infected, and they solved it by removing the detection on the antiviruses > 2015-04-19 PuTTY detected as malware > We've had several reports recently of anti-virus

yep, they are called _barrier to entry_[0], and those big conglomerates have huge barriers , being the current legislation the biggest.. the question is if they will be able to handle the economy of scale of the whole world trying to move

and that is still the current state. I wanted to replace it with free software, but it's still a PITA --syncthing seems the best so far, although it requires more experience to be a DB killer

I wonder how could you gather a huge _domain name_ list. I guess using DNS, or by query some engine, like google, or archive.org is there a service somewhere?

The problem you described sounds as "whom the device can talk to" Seems like Stalmans' model is the only viable solution: As long as the user don't control the device, the manufacturers will be allowed to make the device

I been a Firefox user since 2004 I think, and used Firebug till something like 2012 .. when the dev console was launched --I haven't touched firebug since then. nowadays the native console works great! you should give it a try

back in 2007 I did something similar on Travian[0], but my bot was made for taking game decisions. The game mechanics was send attacks, gather resources, and develop cities .. the bot was playing so automated that I lost the interest in the

Honest question to Firefox dev's: I want to keep using firefox, but not the DRM thingy. I'd rather not see any video on the web, to be forced to use DRM technology. Do you plan to support a DRM-free version?
