Thanks for the link. I didn't see Wire link to the actual ISD report or peer-reviewed paper, instead of say what the report found without showing me the report so I can read it myself. It's a red flag in my book.

Another minor note: in my opinion, and it seems in Elon's opinion too, spam and generating lies and so on comes down to cost. If this cost is increased high enough so it becomes uneconomical for bots to pay it, then they won't pay

I follow content from accounts that seem to consistently post facts. I try to understand what is actually being stated instead of what is implied; facts vs opinions. I wouldn't be surprised if falsity starts to get penalized. Elon said

ID verification is often used to increase the cost of abusing AI, by staking one's reputation. But there's another way: to increase the cost without a person's reputation attached while remaining anonymous.

Sometimes they do random fabrication. I saw one AI cite a paper that didn't exist. Fictitious title, authors, and results.
