Not really. The Biden administration’s proposals include more funding and organisational reform for the IRS. Democrats have been talking for some time about how the steady defunding of the IRS has resulted in less tax collection from the ri

You're assuming developed world demographics in your answer, which isn't accurate for countries like South Africa with relatively young populations. Fully one fifth of South Africa's COVID-19 deaths were in the 50-59 age brac

That's a false claim, though. There's evidence that at least one of the students involved did not do anything to alert kernel maintainers or prevent their code from reaching stable. https://git.kernel.org/pub/

This is inaccurate. COVID-19 has been far deadlier than any of those already-devastating existing diseases and conditions in places like India, South Africa, and Brazil. In South Africa for instance, COVID-19 killed more people in 2020 than

There wasn’t enough time for a full new trial, especially as the first phase was meant to be a trial in and of itself and was intended for crucial high risk individuals like healthcare workers. So the country had to rely on what data was av

This has been a long time coming for AWS users in southern Africa, as news about this region launching has been going around for a number of years. Fantastic to see it launch, I know it took a lot of hard work for the AWS CT team.

In my case, it's the result of a research project I carried out a few years ago. While that went into somewhat deeper detail, the kind of information I've shared here is quite openly available from official and academic sources.
