Very cool idea. Problem: When I choose a filter, and then click "show me more", it deletes the filter. Thus, I can only get one page of results when I use a filter.

I'm having trouble understanding what point you're trying to make. What, exactly, is "entirely inaccurate" about the comment? How is your rendition with physical cars similar? How is it snobbish in the least?

I don't quite agree that it's attacking his credibility. It seems that something happened, and we're trying to figure out what. Whether the author would have a reason to lie about it figures into the calculation, but is not the entire calcu

Bleh. To be honest, the interface just feels like a spam website. The fake "google" look (from the map, search, etc.), the huge amounts of information that just show up and have nothing to do with me (or my current location), the ads. It al

Interesting. It's great to see startup culture blossoming in different areas. I'm especially enticed by the internet speeds; we've had a real problem lately even with fiber.

I would buy this as well, it's really a beautiful layout. Hence the copying.

Assuming that the people who are copying this code are able to code themselves, wouldn't it be easy to find the problem and fix it? Unless there was some incredible code obfuscation.

Extremely valid points. I was in no way demeaning the value of the experiment, or of the show itself; it was just my initial reaction to seeing the post. Anytime a company decides to shakeup the establishment (in this case, cable and pay-pe

I think what the authors point is that yes, most people won't truly be able to disable it. But for those that want to (say, to copy and paste the entire article for personal gain), it's trivially easy. And it is. Even if they know nothing o

Fantastic. Feynman is the most amazing scientist possible - enlightening and (seemingly) approachable, yet still a genius. I can only hope that there will be more like him in the future.

The idea of "New Physics" is sensational. There's only improvements to current models, and maybe new models for new situations. The Standard Model has worked out for too many situations for it to be just "wrong".
