Not just yet, need to do more thinking about how I'd like it to work with regards to preventing abuse etc. I'd like to keep the link size down because one of the use cases is for say a lecturer giving a link to class. Keeping it short lets

Indeed, although namespacing permanent links would be doable, it wouldn't make much sense and other URL shorteners would do the job.

Before the changes I made recently, the maximum expiry you could have was 12 hours, which some people thought was too short, hence I bumped it up to 7 days. One way is to decrease the maximum expiry for guests and allow people to sign up to

Thanks! Right now, I'm working on making it faster and more stable before I move to cosmetics, but if you request it at http://shortcat.userecho.com/ and enough people vote it up, I'll make it a priority :) Also, is Bartender more stable

There are ways to do it, like focusing the menu bar and what not, but I never remember shortcuts for that, which is one of the reasons I wrote Shortcat. Shortcuts themselves are another thing to have to remember, and I have a terrible memor

Yeah, I never figured out how to navigate around the UI with the keyboard on OSX as well as I did on Windows... I'll be adding faster menu access as well!

Heh, that was a fun one to figure out. When digging around in iTerm2 source, I found out that you can figure out the current working directory of the shell, so that was relatively easy. The hard part was my goal of getting it to work even i

iTerm2 already has the feature where you click on a filename and it opens the file. If you're running a newish iTerm2, give it a go: do an ls, then command click. I've called it Semantic History. It also let's you drag files out of the term
