It’s good to see you here! I totally agree with quality there (although not from personal experience) but taking as an example your videos, Idk how you first came up with the idea of the “wife mode” but now your video have gone from somethi

I’ve fallen deep into the mechanical keyboard hobby so I’ll likely be tinkering with qmk or 3D printing a case or researching how to route out a solid piece of wood to build a custom wooden case. And in case somebody is curious, no, is not

Quite an interesting read. I’d make a distinction between tired and drained. There are EOD that I feel tired but deeply satisfied because I did what I had to do, was productive, and what I did was something worth doing. On the contrary ther

I'm enjoying those! Honestly, I had a bit of impostor syndrome kick when you mentioned that the 330 course was required, being self taught and all... but I know OCaml so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Currently going through the Crafting Interpreters

Nova is one of the reasons I picked Lavarel for my next product. Laravel as a framework is pretty good but the ability to add commercially supported things like payments and dashboards with almost no effort was the tie breaker for me!

I’m curious about how you use spaces and arrows. Is it that you have space work on tab but on hold it becomes fn1 or allows you to jump to a different layer? I don’t have split spaces but it had never occurred to me to use space as a mod!

Also, +1 for Go. I think that one of the things that makes Rust and Go such great language is how strict their compilers are. This moves the cognitive load of writing same code from the developer/team, to the compiler. Go is also simpl

I’ve been learning Tcl and it seems like a very nice tool to add to a developer’s toolbox! And Tk, I can’t even… I’m planning to make a generated gui for php artisan (Laravel) by parsing the --help. We’ll see how it goes :)

Backend has quite a bit to do with managing data, aggregating it, modifying it, sanitizing it, etc. Because of that I’d recommend learning a bit of SQL. The Postgres manual is actually quite accessible and it had a huge impact on my career.
