This is kinda like learning CS theory - kinda useful to keep in mind for other things, but never actually used. ie -> set theory, Finite automata, Turing machines etc...

I think this is sum of the parts different than the whole. I was just pointing out that cruel has a very negative connotation ie - inhuman, barbaric, sadistic, evil, abominable etc. Applying it in the previous use case seemed excessive and

I would absolutely pay for a twitter account. to remove ads but also support a viable path to stay independent and functional. Twitter does a huge amount of good in the world, and are important for freedom of ideas in many countries
