Nah. From what legal people have told me, any sort of nationwide law is easier to comply with than random laws in 50 states. Each state focuses on different things, it's not as simple as strict/not strict.

Having one strong national law would be ideal for everyone involved. Much like gdpr.

I think it would be best if the government just bought majority shares and kicked him out. Sort of like with General Motors. For the contracts, they can try to transition to blueorigin over time instead of an immediate termination.

I can't believe people buy or use his products. It's crazy that he's openly racist and far-right now yet spaceX still has NASA contracts.

I can't imagine a construction where people arguing at max volume or having a loud party at 2am would be insulated for their immediate neighbors. Apartment construction materials vary by state too FYI.

We are not talking about immigrants, we are talking about foreign entities, as in not immigrated to the US. The Chinese communist party and the owners of bytedance have not immigrated to the US. I don't get the point if the mental gymn

Yeah, I suppose that's true so long as your preconition of equity being more than the difference of mortgage+downpayment minus what you would have paid in rent. For $1k rent vs $40k downpayment + a nice total monthly payment on a house

US companies? I'm with you, no! Foreign companies, absolutley. Even the suspicion of malicious abuse should be enough to ban a foreign company. Foreign persons and entities have no rights in the US and our government owes them as much

It's a great post-exploit tool as well hacking but these days it gets blocked/detected a lot. Where ssh traffic isn't blocked, the builtin win10+ openssh client's dynamic reverse proxy works ok too.

This makes no sense, how does equity factor in? You mean if you sell the house? If so, that's only true if you are not just going to buy another house. So long as you have a monthly mortgage your liquidity will continue to be strangled

This tracks with other nation state sponsored attack patterns. I've had that same reaction before. Most APTs are like this but some Chinese,US and Russian APTs are so well funded, every aspect of their attacks is impressive. Many hacke

With the mortgage route, owning a house isn't beneficial until you pay it off, which for most people isn't until they are well into their 60's. The main benefit of owning a home is immediate improvement in quality of life, w

More freedom and space. Having a back yard means you can do a lot of private outdoor activities and own larger pets and a nice playground for kids. A garage means you have a place to work on your car or other projects. I've lost cars b

For key rotation, it may not be as simple as it sounds. I expect better from MS as well but for example, for on-prem AD, the krbtgt account should be rotated yearly but in practice, it carries a huge risk of outages for accounts that depend
