That symbol is called an ellipsis when used to indicate a pause - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis If you search by this term you can get unicode characters for both the horizontal and vertical versions.

Until now, only US, China and Russia had destroyed a satellite in orbit. India has now joined that club. Claiming a capability and demonstrating it are two different things. Election stunt or not, this is a historic event.

I've been through 2 employers and working at my third. I've never disclosed my salary pre-interview. All three jobs at Bangalore, India. So no, that's not how the system works.
