The people could always fix this by removing zoning bylaws, or moving somewhere with less restrictive bylaws, but it’s much easier to blame billionaires than their own voting preferences.

Art gallery is super complimentary, art galleries are generally curated. Whatever the modern web is is the opposite of taste. It kind of makes me want to get a giant ink jet plotter and set it up at an art gallery printing tweets / tik

That stuff isn't readable. It's mostly garbage. If you don't need to make 20,000 devs work together in a chain gang, why even bother? Here's the platforms you need if you're not 20,000 strong: https://mot

The cache misses alone mean the cloud should be cheaper than bare metal. In general you can buy outright any cloud service for about 3 months of the price of the cloud. Why anyone would run their pointer chasing code in a heavy cache evicti

One of the ways to look objectively at this stuff is net migration. So on the one hand you have people like Snowden who have migrated to Russia and on the other hand you have millions of Chinese people and many high level Chinese officials

It does, in fact the article you posted, shows you exactly when rust allows assignment in conditionals. As long as you're initializing a variable, it's allowed, if you're not initializing you'll have to use a block expre

To me it's the same class of error which is convincing humans and other automated tests that your code is OK when it isn't. I dealt with a bug that only appeared in release builds, and never in debug. The offending code looked rou
