As a rule of thumb, the bigger the model is, the more graciously it degrades under quantisation. So you may assume performance loss for a 8B model would be lower than for a 3B model. (I know that doesn't make up for missing numbers in

I guess he might mean this one https://shader-slang.org/ though at first glance at least it looks more graphics than GPGPU oriented. Edit: Hmm, this part of the same project looks general purpose-y and apparently integrates

Similar here. What the teachers where actually looking at was if the calculations and error analysis were done right.

Another thing why magnesium oxide could not be the optimal compound for you: It's a laxative. That might be good to know before you start daily supplementation. Personally, I have bisglycinate.

Please don't confuse people with wrong information, the reasoning part in reasoning models is the exact same LLM that produces the final answer. For example o1 uses special "thinking" tokens to demarcate between reasoning and

I am sorry, I don't quite understand where the "abuse" comes in. Attaching function pointers to structs? I've done that in production twenty years ago (and others have probably done it in the 70s) and I see nothing wrong

Okay, the part of "free markets are possible without capitalism" is quite obvious. But going back to the earlier messages, what happened is that I assumed that capitalism implies free markets (not the other way around), and that&#

Very sceptical of "Context First: We front-load system understanding before diving into code". The LLM sees the whole input at once, it's a transformer, not a recurrent model. Order shouldn't matter in that sense. Ed. I
