The continuing sales of the Galaxy Ace should be criminal. If you buy one and update all apps it comes with, bam: you're out of space. Not to mention even if you apply all updates available you're still a walking target for every

There's a plan to get from ITER to a commercial version. Next in line after ITER is "DEMO", which will have higher output and actually produce power (ITER will just vent off the heat). PROTO would then build further on the fi

You could use a rails engine to share the same models between two rails applications. Depending on the size of the project though, you may find that the economy of sharing models is a false one - applications of sufficient size may benefit

As the other poster said, it's a square with bits cut off. You can program it per pixel if you want to, but for most typical use-cases developers will be using higher level APIs that handle the details for you. You can try out developi

If your theory was the correct one, could we use that effect to perform computation - perhaps condensing 1000s of years of computation into a few minutes, with the result encoded in which steady state it settles on?

Not older. All. It's a limitation of the file format, not the runtime. It's a common misconception that it's fixed in later versions, because Facebook ran into a very similar (but different) problem that is fixed on newer d

F5 load balancers still use Tcl, albeit a modified and optimised version. If anyone is reading this article and thinking "Gee, I wish I could get a job writing Tcl", hit me up.
