Moodle was popular over a decade ago; and is designed for large organizations. It is primarily self-administrated by non-technical users and tries to deliver video heavy content. These combined to make it a hard introduction to scaling LAMP

Android itself (I.e. Google) maintain thier own list; they manage it well IMHO but made a catastrofically bad desision to never update it outside OS versions (they have fixed this in the next release).

Tbh it may well be better to forgo their retail margin to get better placement in other stores. If an Apple store was the best place to buy them why would anyone else carry them?

TBH having CPython internal experiance is quite a qualification. They would probably contribute at least some of thier time in the no PEP 703 case so the delta is even leass.

Most good low alcohol beers are fully fermented and just remove the ethanol via vacuum evaporation or reverse osmosis. Whilst in practice it is difficult the is no theoretical reasons it would damage the taste.
