It would be quite easy for axod to pass along user's IP to the server instead of masking it through Mibbit. Having the user's IP as their realname isn't a real fix..

Espresso Mono gets my vote nowadays. Prior to that, I was using Consolas for the prior year or so. I think I used Monaco or Inconsolata before that. Can't really remember.

I generally use Xcode + IB if I'm doing anything complex with ObjC. Though, If I'm just doing a one-off command line app with ObjC alone for whatever reason or need to make a quick edit to a file, I'll use TextMate instead.
