Different things. Yea, if you're hosting with them, trusting them is handy. This Longview agent can be run anywhere though, doesn't have to be on a Linode machine. Not entirely sure why you'd want this setup, but still..

I disagree. The software running on your machines is open source. It can be reviewed. Quite important for people not wishing to run closed source software on their machines.

I guess it's possible, but I don't think that's the case here. The domain name is just 5 characters long, but it's quite obscure; it's not a real word. We registered both .SE and .COM in April, and I don't thin

Yes, it is a moving target, but you can still get it to a very solid good level. In the past it's always been a few years between updates, and they have version details in the files, so you can say "Supports Word 2007 files"

I think one core problem with Mulholland is that it was supposed to be a tv series. After some time of filming, they realized that wasn't going to happen (not sure why), so they had to wrap it up to make a movie instead. ddg for more detail

10 years ago, while at university, me and 2 other guys implemented a new network protocol (dccp) in the FreeBSD kernel. Later, someone ported it to Linux and gave us some credits.

Not all cancellations will have been because of the NYT piece, so no, he can't be certain how many car orders were cancelled because of it. Also, there is probably a feeling that some would-be orders were not placed because of the article.

I disagree. I like TDD, but if you're quickly building a MVP that has beforehand been decided(1) to be thrown away once you've gotten funding, just hack it like you've never hacked something before. You're aiming to prove a concept, to visu
