Although it may make sense to this company in _majority_ of companies this would be over-engineering. S3 availability is some of the best in the business. If S3 is down, a good chunk of the internet is down with it.

I would just add that some people never make it to staff level. 5 years is a _minimum_ but majority of folks take longer to get there.

Yes! We're working on Cost-of-living (CoL) comparisons and adjustments. We've just finished extensively normalizing our data (which we used for this report). The next steps are better analysis over it including things like CoL.

I should note that the feature still exists though is more hidden than before. Previously right-clicking all along the top bar would show this option. Now there are two other ways to restore: 1. Mac: Cmd + Shift + T | Windows: Ctrl + Shif

I’m from Levels.fyi. We actually request users to report compensation with appreciation. This is because the appreciation can actually be used to negotiate compensation elsewhere and provides a more accurate picture.
