Yeah, I just tried to select text in the button element and translate it specifically or copy it, and it doesn't work. You can highlight it, but you aren't selecting the text. This is what is copied from the login page, you can se

I just tried this with every major OS and browser. I don't think it is possible. You can highlight the buttons (most times) in Safari on MacOS, but you can't select the text and copy it or translate it.

I think a way to resolve things like this is to have media features. For example: @media(prefers-user-select: all){ * {user-select: all;} } But that wouldn't guarantee you could select text on an interactive element, plenty of

That is a i18n issue with the website itself? Or are you saying you know a good portion of a language, but you aren't fluent, so you read it in whatever the default language is, by default, without translating the page or using it in y

While, IMO, it shouldn't be on the general outline of a document, user-select has good usability improvements when used correctly. It allows for pure CSS implementations of focus driven animations and many, many other things.

IMO, there are better ergonomics on competitors. Over a thousand + of hours using one, a steam deck is death for your wrists in comparison. When I was playing Elden Ring on the SD for a few hundred hours, I almost thought I needed to have s

I didn't say anything about YAML? Also, I think the term "declarative configuration" has drifted to mean different things over time depending on where it is used.

You could make a builder to do this for you. It could build your actions in a pre-commit hook or whatever. Although, I think it is generally an accepted practice to use declarative configuration over imperative configuration? In part, maybe
