Last time I tried to use PC-BSD, updates were painfully slow. It lead me to believe that there were not enough mirrors to serve packages. This was about 5-6 years ago. How is PC-BSD doing nowadays? Is it really worth installing and using?

I just tried to read this article on mobile and had to walk to my computer to type this. This. This is the _worst_ reading experience I've ever had since I first connected to the internet back in 1995. I had to stop reading the article

I'm surprised that Microsoft chose to go with an ecosystem that is as volatile as nodejs. By the time you read this post npm, gulp and bower will be obsolete. Grunt is already ancient news.

I liken Go to a real-time strategy game. Essentially a game of StarCraft 2 can have an infinite set of 'moves'. When an player wins at StarCraft 2, you can argue that he is wise too. Right?
