My favorite part by far is when you click on a link you see just the plain text of the article sans distractions. Edit: also it shows a few key news articles with related articles. This means I'm not infinitely scrolling which is nice.

Would be nice if Tyson's was bikeable and 7 as well. Lots of improvements are being made to the W&OD trail which is nice as well.

It wasn't an open protocol but Google Reader had this. And it had commenting. I had some of the most thoughtful and productive conversations on there. Total shame we don't have that anymore.

One of my favorite message boards has pagination and you have to click in to messages to see them and then press the back button on your browser: https://virginia.sportswar.com/message_board/general/ . Old, but has

I was explaining the DNS system and load balancing today and I kind of mixed it all up based on this wonderful link. Thanks, I will share this out with that person to undo the damage I might have done.

This is really cool. I wish Wear OS or Fitbit had something like this other than "remember to get up and walk around".

Hey, thanks for this link. I was a huge fan of webOS since the days of the Palm Pre. I noticed that this runs on the Raspberry Pi 4. Do you know what the use case for this is? Store displays?

I was curious, so I just took a look. It feels like a flea market or a yard sale. Except there are people selling $1 PS5's and vehicles with 0 miles driven. Lots of noise on there. Plus you have to deal with selling face-to-face in a C
