No it would not. You absolutely don't understand how the escalation ladder works if you think this. An effective conventional strike against military targets on the mainland would be met with China's best conventional response. Ju

Nope. Swing and a miss. Looking after pets or children isn't bowing to anything nor are they temples. You need to check your definitions.

Happy cows produce more milk, and better tasting beef. Happy Chickens make delicious eggs, and you can practically taste and feel how well the Chicken lived in the meat. The same for the eggs.

You need to learn how to handle hunger. To control your own urges. Once you do, dieting becomes easy, the only part that sucks is the low energy and irritability. Intermittent fasting is a great teacher in this regard.

Forgot to add the key point...This is definitely more work than going at it with a lawnmower.

I let thistles, ragwort, clovers, and other flowering native "weeds" grow tall and flower fully, let the grass seed at knee height before cutting it each year, keep some deadfall around, and pile sticks along the fence line. Its s

I would love to live in a neighborhood full of meadow style gardens, where native plants are allowed to flower and feed bees, with bug habitats instead of neatly cut astroturf looking golf green lawns chock full of pesticides. I can't

It's super easy to add sanitization middleware in .NET.

That's just bad coding no matter the framework. Too many devs pull too many packages in....Saving themselves minutes at the expense of all the users waiting longer. So much compute and co2 is wasted on it.

I would bet they don't live rurally or havent been alive very long. Anyone rural alive over the last 30 years shouldve noticed a decline everywhere around them....would also expect them to notice bugs are different by the road to in th

You really dont understand bugs and their behavior at all do you? Bugs that live in fields dont live by the roadside.

Oh and one more thing. I get a bit of a 'hur durr regex bad because its regex' vibe from your comment. Regex is absolutely the right tool for the job here. The alternative would be a custom DSL.

Just to pre-empt anyone saying 'but nobody will ever read them'...that absolutely isn't true in my company. Qa read every test we write. Management reads ones of high importance, sometimes.

My manager and our qa team like that they can read what we are testing step by step in plain English and reason about it the same way. If they want a new step they often request it in a similar format to the ones we have written, or directl

I really don't think it does. Especially since it'd be an entirely different set of bugs. You'd be hitting crickets and other bugs you wouldn't find on a road.

That doesn't prove anything. Disturbing burrowing bugs or bugs in grass and bushes with rumbling and lights is easily enough to account for a vast difference alone...Then consider the environment was more wild with more habitat space f

I would probably be putting devs on a pip or firing them if they failed these quizzes often...understanding your own prs is the bare fucking minimum, even without AI help.

They didnt buy a device that requires connected services. It could work locally. That functionality has been removed in an 'upgrade'. They destroyed the lawnmower and now want you to rent one.

Humans do not stumble over this. Did you read the article? They present a normal maths problem then add a random cat fact to the end or the start. Humans dont struggle with that...
