It's more of a get-off-my-land issue. No government is going to secede land to some fringe group (let alone another government). Look at the situation in Ukraine. The only reason the Crimeans are able to secede from Ukraine is Russia&#

I think the solution is continuous monitoring and auditing. Keeping track of the balances is the simple part. Reconciling the balances is the complex part. Banking is inherently eventually consistent, so putting audits in place to verify in

A designer friend uses Google Web Designer. They've noted it's gotten a lot better since the release. It also doesn't generate garbage markup like Dreamweaver or similar tools.

Revolution is thoroughly overrated. There is very little point in trying to force change upon an existing system. A system that will replace the current one has to be backwards compatible with the status quo while being forwards compatible
