Yes but most of their holidays are still tied to the lunar calendar, so they will still be happening with the same relative frequency and the same number of days between them.

I agree that you shouldn't assume any information will necessarily improve performance, but I feel that, naively, inter-car communication would have tons of useful applications. If anything else, during the transition to fully-automate

CityLabs manufactures specific product lines that aren't special-built.[1] The price is still "contact us" but they are purchaseable and I've heard of a few popping up on marketplaces before. [1] - http://www.

You could be referring to either ranking system here, so I just want to clarify for people not familiar with BGG: A 7.0 average rating is fairly good, though it's hard to factor out bias with a low number of rankings (this game has 4

I don't avoid "debate" because I fear disagreement or attacks. I avoid "debate" because so often when I enter one, the person engaging with me immediately employs ad hominem attacks or strawmen or appeals to emotion

Perhaps? I'm not sure what you're alluding to. Regardless, startups are often attuned to many social issues much more closely than traditional companies, and I can't help but agree that this is a huge discouragement for forwa

Yeah the magnetic bit is the one part that does survive for me. Don't get me wrong, the cords are shit and constantly frayed, detached, or overheated on me, but I sure miss MagSafe now that I've left Apple products.

Is there any reason to connect subsea methane releases to this kind of sound, or any human-audible sound? I was under the impression it gradual dissolution (where "gradual" is not to diminish its geologic speed).

Applied to about 11 HN jobs during my last job search (over the course of 2 different monthly posts). Only got acknowledgement from 3: - One said they decided to merge their two listings and I wasn't qualified for the new joint role. -

This just makes me realize that it's gonna be really confusing when Node.js V8 is released! Joking aside, I wonder if there are any internal plans on keeping terminology clear for the next version?
