The networking is P2P (most of the time). The screen sharing is VP8 video compression. Presence is XMPP. The multiple mice, separate dock icon, and a lot of other little things are the result of a lot of hacking :) We're going to be work

We use workflowy like this to manage all our projects, and it works great. I don't see any particular benefit to using twitter, though.
