You're really out of the loop, Obamacare eliminated excluding due to prior conditions and differing premiums for anything except smoking. In exchange we all got higher premiums, higher deductibles, and worse coverage across the board.

It's both, a small project with grid capacity nearby can be approved quickly but larger projects without nearby capacity can take years to get resolved.

Any store will sell me clothes that don't fit, food I'm allergic to, and chemicals that are dangerous if used incorrectly. It's not unreasonable to expect the buyer to take some basic responsibility.

fwiw I'd take lawn mowing over most kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning and dusting are worse too but are much less frequent. Vacuuming might be slightly worse as well because I don't have to empty a lawn mower bag unless I chose

Communicating clearly doesn't require a high IQ at all, it's a general skill. If anything, high intelligence might be a detriment since a lot of the smarter people I've known can't or refuse to communicate clearly.

Can confirm it was fairly common in the Marine Corps, even some of the grunts and motor transport guys would get interested on ship duty. When you're bored as hell you'll take anything you can get.

I recently installed some new circuits and was able to find them, but strangely it was $20 or more per circuit cheaper to get an AFCI/GFCI outlet and a regular breaker instead of combo breakers.
