For small transactions you often don't have to sign anything or enter a PIN. I think the rational is that it would be fairly hard for someone to drain all your funds with < $20 transactions. Hopefully I'd realize fairly soon that my car

I do the exact opposite. I only upvote articles if I read it and know that I will almost certainly want to read it again later. I'm not sure if this is better or worse practice...

While the assumption of rational actors is a problem in Macroeconomics, I wouldn't go so far as to sat that it's a huge problem. Almost certainly the larger problems of Macroeconomics are problems of endogeneity. Problems associated with as

I have no idea why you're being down voted. I see it as a very real possibility that there is a "C" leading to both increased TV consumption and developmental challenges, namely, poor parenting. There are statistical tools that can be used

I was very surprised how well this worked on my android phone. Normally these sorts of things are frustratingly worthless. Here I was able to interact almost as well on my phone as on my laptop. Color me impressed.

I regularly only see two things that make windows 7 significantly better, and both are essentially UI changes. The first is the taskbar reorganization. It just works well for me, I like being able to pin my programs and toggle between them

I would love something like this. Ideally, I would want something that stores all of the content in a single file/folder/partition (I don't care which) and will not render my data inaccessible if I simply copy/mirror it somewhere else. From

A huge one for me is that for some reason I can never correctly type the word "Length". As if to highlight my point to myself, I consciously thought about how to type it, and still ended up with "lenght" on the screen. Python's built in fun

I had a similar response to the article, but I can see at least one reason why this explanation doesn't fit. Despite any inclinations we may have P vs. NP is still unsolved. So, claiming that a problem is in NP is "easy to check but hard to
