Don't know anything about Infor but these are huge complex systems that people don't want to change because there is a huge risk of changes. So now they are falling behind, running up huge amounts of technical debt, and staying on

Look at Marketo and their account based marketing. Definitely the best with personalization. Salesforce's blog is also great. Convince and Convert, Kiss Metrics, Avinash Kaushnik (Google analytics evangelist) are also must follows.

Unfortunately some vendors are more concerned about not admitting mistake. Now, technically if they don't use the admin password they are probably OK. But (A) most people don't change their password. Heck, I work in IT Security an

What are you looking to know? Since I need to use subversion, I use PathFinder instead of Finder, for file management. Also have SnagIt and Jing for screenshots. Otherwise mostly defaults. Unfortunately I'm using my Mac laptop at work

KeePass is great - no connection to the cloud, so can't get attacked. Though putting it on Dropbox or Onedrive sort of defeats the purpose. LastPass is great but there was a breach last year, in which they claim nothing was compromised

That works for automated systems, where you get an automated response. But hiring managers are busy, have multiple processes with HR, and with the rise of job sites end up getting hundreds of resumes, most of which are completely irrelevant
