This article does have great points. Vim commands are very short that do a whole lot more than other editors. I don't agree with the last paragraph though, that Vim needs half a dozen plugins to get basic functionality. I suppose, it a

I would agree with you if Apple hadn't released 10.9.1, but honestly, Apple has fixed the Finder issues for me. Quicklook is still slower compared to Mountain Lion for me, so I hope they make it faster still.

What bugs have you found? Have you reported them to Apple? I haven't found any since the 10.9.1 update. They fixed the quicklook slowness bug which was my only complaint. Mavericks is one of the most polished OS X release I have used,

When you see the price of the dual GPUs, the ECC RAM, PCIe SSD, and the small design, you will see why they didn't toss in the warranty for free. You do get 1 year free warranty though and that's something. It's only $249 for

There's no way the dual D700 GPUs cost around $700. It seems that the D700 are the AMD W9000 but underclocked. So I would lean towards the price being around $3000-5000.

I don't know if there's such a site, but for C++, I had an awesome time with C++ Primer Plus by Stephen Prata. I love coding books with lots of exercises to do at the end of each chapter and this book has tons of them. Try it out!
