What I want to know is why the 'trasher' was looking directly for so many different files. Could it not parse some output of finding/listing existing files to look for its targets?

Just don't let anyone mount with noatime, for performance. I found that little gem on a drive where paring down to used content would have been very helpful.

Surely there's some way to detect when a script touches far too many APIs such as setting several font families in succession. Then pause execution, warn the user about potential fingerprinting, and either disable script or blackhole i

No, you actually have to display the content inside a pane of a common size because there are many ways to get screen size indirectly from content that's occupying it. Think responsive mode of developer tools.

Network-level means no easy opt-out on a per-site basis. You cannot choose to support certain sites or view occasional sites that, understandably detect ad-blocking.

It doesn't matter how the updates to libraries are done, people don't update because it means API changes and testing your code to see what broke and fix it. Most clients do not understand, let alone want to pay for that kind of m

So it could all have been avoided if they'd made it unnecessary to identify oneself and paired app with toy via decent public key encrypted communications. I think the toy is a good idea, it just had a shit implementation.

It's not that the specific, individual people were different, it's that their environment was. From that arose patterns of group behaviour that have left us with oceans filling up with plastic, and absurd wealth disparity. It'

But why do people think it can project dark ?! I understand the dimly lit room demo video, where the ML graphics are all brighter than the environment, but how can you make dark whaleskin over light timber flooring by adding light ?

Have you ever worked with Magento? With 1.8+ I found customisation very tedious and unpleasant, documentation virtually non-existent, 3rd party code unreliable, and CMS functionality lacking. Perhaps it's come a long way since then but
