It's most likely a bug. Some dev added tracking to all the href's and just didn't think about phone numbers. The title of the article sounds like they did it on purpose, which i doubt.

Actually not. Zipping itself produces some headers and metadata. Zipping can actually increase filesize. But the effect decreases the bigger the file you're zipping is.

As i said. It's not the breathing that's affecting you. It's the eye movement. You don't even have to try breathing like this. I usually just move my eyes left right.

It's easier to go earlier to sleep if you wake up very early. Don't delay your wake up time and you're more tired in the evening. Also don't spend the night with activities that keep you awake. Just watch a movie/se
