> We’ll give you a moment now to come to terms with the fact that nothing you do will ever compare to the majesty of Mr. Trappe’s adventures. That's Reddit-low.

I'm sad that a link like this makes the frontpage of Hacker News. It contains nothing we didn't know before, it's not interesting at all and there's no value in it. David just talks shit about another company.

Does this mean we have to stop using it? If they once released it under permissive license, can they just change it and sue me if I still use it?

My whole visit on this website I spent looking for the resulting prototype I could play with. If the product of your app is something interactive, why not show it off?

I don't understand what value do you see in Dustin's article. It doesn't deserve to be on the front-page.

Looks cool. I think also Quizlet.com deserves to be mentioned here -- helped me so much during high school.

This should be fixed, I forgot that AppleScript will open application if it's not running.

Updating link, but I didn't test it on 10.7.

I looked into it, but there's no easy way, Firefox doesn't implement AppleScript API. :-(

Sorry, I can't code for Windows. Mobile app wouldn't really work, because the application has to find out what websites are open on your computer.

Credit card payments is not a place to show off your ability to make pretty animations, IMO.

This is cool as a joke, but I don't think code should be compared to writing. For example I am an engineer, so this comment is written like code. It contains just enough words to express my point, it's clearly structured and my goal is to m

This is sort of thing people want to own, not subscribe to, IMO. So please, let us know how does the subscription pricing work out. Also, good job with the simple graphic design of the website, it really works!

I'm sorry if my post sounded 'offensive'. I just don't think that in five years we're going to control our computers using webcams. They are just not made for that. I'm still getting 20%, on 2012 Air. Maybe you should try it on a cheaper ma

It seems to be working pretty well, but I have really good lighting around here. But 20% usage and the fact it doesn't always works makes this a cool hack, nothing more.

No, it's open-source. In order to run it on your iPhone, you'll have to pay Apple $100 per year. Or find somebody who is already in Apple Developer program, ask him to add your iPhone ID.

Apple still requires developers from outside US to fax them form with their credit card number on it. (!) On the other hand, there are services that will fax PDF for you, even for free.
