It sounded like a sociopath. All emotions are faked, they're both just doing what they think is more appropriate in that situation since they have no feelings on their own to guide them. And the lack of empathy becomes clear, it's

You say it's an incredibly well used word. I say it's not used enough. I don't see a disagreement. I'll say it again: It's not talked about enough.

It's mostly screen size... Life happens, and of the two, the phone is the one with you. Wherever I go, i carry my phone, but not my laptop. I take pictures with it, so they're stored there. I take screenshots, and share stuff with

It's not ASML's fault that 20 years ago when Martin van den Brink (CTO) went full steam to develop EUV everyone laughed at him saying EUV would be impossible to achieve. Their monopoly is well deserved. Other companies have a few

The people that hire expats are usually Dutch. Ask them why they hire expats, why they even make booths on other countries and do cold-calls (emails, linkedin) to convince them to go to NL. They're the ones with the answer of where the

Firstly, cognitive dissonance is not really being used well here and I don't like it being so trivialized. What OP feels is more guilt and confusion that his friend is worse paid than him and yet has to work harder. Cognitive dissonanc
