you are saying like you are hiring so you increase your engineers' salaries according to the market rate and they stay for longer than 2 years? I think a lot of people would like to work under you too, consider leaving your recruitment

look up people that can accomplish a lot in short period of time, at least less than half a year or <2years, like geohot, Alyssa Rosenzweig or Mike Blumenkrantz and more

Anyone can choose to learn new things or not Until the management starts asking what are the pros and cons of new tools to be introduced into the stack and nobody can answer them, they will hire new experts to join the company and who knows
