Oh cmon. There are thousands of tech jobs that don't pay that well and require all those skills. The difference is that when those companies go to find someone, they lie in the ad. How is being honest insulting? I'll bet there

I can see why he's annoyed, but at the end of the day he's got a reasonably well-reviewed app for the cost of $800 and a few hours arguing over email... still a pretty good deal.

It's reasonable to take the speed hit in order to make it more useful to more people, but the UI seems to be designed with fast searches in mind (for which it'd be perfect), rather than for the necessarily slow searches that actually happen
