Yeah, the truth is the methods companies use to find their bugs currently won't be able to give a definitive "no" anyway. The answers are really "yes, you have bugs" or "maybe you have bugs but we can't find any", which is true no matter h

It doesn't analyse at runtime. It simulates certain runtime states but looks at the code at compile time. Since it analyses static code that is not changing, the term Static Analysis is used.

Admittedly, "I don't know" probably isn't the answer a company wants to hear from your commercial tool.

Tsk tsk...hackers and a coding challenge are the last things you should except to be devoid of loopholes and tricks. Always be extra careful making them, and don't bet more than you can afford, or you'll come out with a rep like Mike.

This is one area where there is big money in hacking...er..."hacking". I don't really think the jammers are very bleeding edge if they do exist.

The same article he linked to says that PayPal had trouble hiring women, so... you know, I'm not sure legality came into the equation.

Your licenses page ( http://powderkeg.artillery.com/attribution.html ) is down and otherwise, there's no reference to Bomberman here at all. It's a well-executed game though. Haven't found any flaws, but I can't really say it's original.

This is some good stuff. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what can be done with it and perhaps the spam all over certain phpBB forums, etc, can be fixed. Of course, those are just the little fish.

It's for the shareholders to minimize legal liability. Anyone can spout as much talk about relaxed, casual, kick ass, rockstar, ninja-like, and whatever the newest buzz word is to describe their workplace, but it just takes one bad incident

Not to mention that they equate A-F as 10-16, when in fact it is 10-15, and the whole "ones column" goes from 0-15, not 1-16.

I've started seeing these on my Visa card as well, about 1 month ago. I wonder which one tipped the other off about it, or which case made this so sensitive to these large companies.

I'm just saying as far as history has dictated, guys like MLK Jr. and Gandhi got a lot more support than those who tries to cut completely against the grain like Malcolm X in his earlier days. As a minority, it is really, really hard to cha

Fair point. I was thinking the last 1000 years as opposed to 1000, 2000, etc. In that state the same could be said about the last century or even the last decade really.
