I was confused as well, but I think the idea is that he's using only graph paper and a straightedge without measurement. (or markings) So he has to place points with integer coordinates on the graph paper, and draw lines between them.

Which is a significant flaw in the way incognito windows work with Chrome. If you have a minimized or hidden incognito window, opening a new one beats the purpose of incognito windows… At the least, you could imagine having a shared session

Life is too short to deal with the alternative. It's potentially contradictory: the alternative is upgrading your OS and find pretty much everything where you left it, instead of having to reinstall everything. I.e. life is too short
