Horse shit is mostly grass and other plants and doesn't really smell much. It will rain away or compost to dirt much quicker than smelly dog poop. But yeah, might be an idea to shuffle it out of the trail.

They could potentially have sold BitTorent technology/software to companies that needs to move lots of data across multiple nodes. Instead most of them use libtorrent.

The same as most cars in most cities I guess. They come from the suburbs to work in the city (or enjoy it's offerings).

Most digital cinema releases are AES 128 bit encrypted. For specifics refer to the DCI specification [1]. Screeners are from DVD/Bluray copies sent to academy members and such? If I'm not mistaken? [1] http://dcimovies.

As far as I know the DRM on DCPs (Digital Cinema Package) isn't broken. Yet. Maybe because relatively few people have access to the encrypted content. I guess the most important thing for the movie industry is to have the cinema window

I've taken a few courses, but "failed" all of them. I don't understand why the courses are designed from the constraints of college life and not the possibilities of Internet?

Used to have my phone in my front pocket, but the iPhone 4s made ugly "phone marks" on my jeans! So moved it to my back pocket where it appears to not do the same amount of damage.

In Norway we can use a SIM application to log into the bank. Don't know how it works, but here's a introduction in English: https://www.bankid.no/Dette-er-BankID/BankID-in-English/Bank...

If it's not too long you could try a (electric) cargobike to get groceries etc. :) But yes, cars are necessary sometimes. We need a solution for people who only need a car a couple of times a month or less. A fleet of self driving cars

I guess a lot of the CAM pirates works in the cinema business. With watermarking the studios can find out exactly which auditorium it has been recorded in. I guess that will discourage a few pirates ...

Correct. The DCI says the secure clock only can be adjusted 6 min per year, 20-30 min with a code/package from the manufactorer. If it's adjusted over this limit the mediablock will have to be changed.

My experience is that the only time a key unlocks the movie only 10 minutes prior to the screening is for previews. Usually the keys are valid for about a week. BTW, the screen servers will show when a accepted KDM unlocks a feature and for
