Really? To me the UI only shows the down-arrow for 1 day. If the API allows downvoting for up to 1 month then automated 'revenge' downvote bots should be easy to detect.

Sure! On the other hand, if we kill ourselves off before that happens, for example by making the planet unlivable for humans, then that chance is also gone. Getting to that level of technological advancement is a marathon, not a sprint.

When the destination is eternal, there is no rational reason to hurry there. What is a human lifetime compared to eternity? Even a trillion years is inconceivably short compared to eternity. If an afterlife exists the time where the inhabit

And yet we know that people get wrongfully convicted and executed somewhat regularly. If you truly value life highly, you must prefer life in prison over the death penalty. The risk of wrongful execution is unacceptable.

Note that `impl Foo` return types don't actually cost anything extra with regards to code-size, the compiler knows what the actual type is and there is no dynamic dispatch. Only actual generics have an impact here, and `impl` in a retu

The protesting farmers have been blocking highways with their tractors and lighting fires containing asbestos (also on / near highways). You could argue that the former should be allowed as part of a protest, but the latter moves you s
