Consider a Windows Phone maybe? It lacks a lot of apps but if all you are interested in is the basics (calls, messaging, GPS, etc.), then it's a pretty solid OS. And the Nokia Lumia lines of phones are outstanding when it comes to buil

Something like Cake ( http://cakebuild.net/ ), Bau ( https://github.com/bau-build/bau ) or Psake ( https://github.com/psake/psake ) are much better than using MSBuild.

It doesn't apply so much to the big cities but in smaller cities and towns, it could be helpful for infrastructure planning/improvements - street lights, drinking fountains, bus stops around common pickup and drop off locations. P
