I pay ¥2 for 6 hours at 400w (2400w total) which is ¥0.83/kwh or US$0.128. My household electricity is about 30% cheaper so it's a pretty good deal.

During pause you can use that time to drag the forward people (including host) back to the oldest guest so people can "manually sync" if they ever choose to.

You can in most countries that have proper consumer protections. Cars in Australia are often advertised with their "drive away" cost which includes all state and federal taxes etc.

Yes 10 or 15 years ago driving from Adelaide to Melbourne would require a halfway pit stop to manually clean the windscreen because the wipers weren't able to cope with all the bug guts. Last year i did it and didn't need to even

Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Supermicro all have firmware patches for their current line of servers that replace the java kvm with html5 versions. I assume most other manufacturers are following suit. It would be exceptionally rare to buy a brand

This is an argument for less levels of taxation, ie sales tax should only be at state and not county level. Almost every other country in the world works fine without bait'n'switching their citizens at every single transaction.

In Australia there are no uncontrolled intersections (that I am aware of). Every single junction clearly marks who must give way and we don't have any 4-way stops, instead using roundabouts in these situations. It's possible that

Same thing happened in 2010 with digg. I was aware of reddit and primarily using digg, then digg completely changed the way you could submit content in a way which favoured big publications and there was a huge exodous to reddit.
