OS makes it sound like it's a whole operating system, instead of an office suite. edit: after playing with the demo it does have more of an OS feeling and no google docs replacement feeling

"use single quotes instead of double quotes (to save shift keystrokes)" as in pressing the shift key on your keyboard? That may apply to the english keyboard layout, but not other country's keyboard layouts.
