That's not necessarily true. They could use a classifier to figure out the subject of the query (e.g. programming, cooking, travel) and then modify the query sent to Bing or whatever backend they use. Bonus points if they actually expo

I think the definition would be that they're presently a sphere, that was formed under its gravity. That way objects could possibly become moons in the future, but the timescales are so long it's mostly irrelevant
