It's more likely someone gets killed by a police car rushing to the scene or in a car chase than a drone falling on someone. These arguments aren't very effective.

Many people hold values like this that are immediately dismissed once the technology in question can save something or someone they truly hold dear. I very much understand and share the fears of a surveillance state. I would also throw thos

Not enough people know about Pantheon. However both Scavenger's Reign and Pantheon feel distinctly different from Japanese anime. They have a much more Western aesthetic eye visually, narratively, and especially in terms of music I fee

Agreed the built-in window management isn't ideal (although I do like Spaces and Mission Control a lot more than what I've seen in Linux/Windows defaults) but there are a lot of free and simple apps that significantly improve

Additional software being free by default is definitely an advantage Linux has, although usually not the benefit I see pointed to by most Linux users. That being said I am a dev and a designer and I can't think of any paid software I u

I'm curious what you can do in Pop_OS that makes MacOS software "meh" in comparison? I have a few friends who are Linux devotees yet watching them do stuff seems so tedious and slow in comparison to my workflows. Like I get t

On the flip side you also get ground-effect when you are low to the ground where the high-pressure underneath the wing gets trapped against the ground creating a cushion of pressure increasing lift.

This is very cool and I know a LOT of people who would buy and wear these. If you productized these (possibly make them rechargeable and simply way to program the LEDs) they would definitely sell.

Cool! I like the "intelligent canvas" concept. Not exactly the same but my brother and I have been building a side project that also is all about making the most of a set of information using different views like maps, calendars,

I'm sure this will be possible in future Vision Pro devices, main issue right now is probably performance. Macbook Pros already can only push to 2-3 monitors (albeit at higher resolution) and the Vision Pro is also running its own apps

Following this line of logic no one should have empathy for anything except the victims of the worst disaster or atrocity in history. A lot of the people who are rightly supporting Palestine now showed no empathy or support for the many muc

You have to define free will first, and that is essentially impossible. What is happening in that "processing" though? That is not free will, your will is being determined by the state and context your brain is in. In fact any thi

It isn't an edge case in the SAAS world, it's just that the majority of SAAS tools either don't implement mobile, or don't do it well. Every single SAAS company I have worked for in the last decade has had complex web ap
