This is wrong, for example Iran have thousands of Shahed drones, they cost almost nothing to build, to intercept just one the ratio is way way higher that 1:10. A single patriot missile is in the multi millions $ range.

Kernel AC is currently the best way to protect against cheats by far, the game with the strongest protection is Valorant and it works very well. OW2 is lightyears behind Valorant. Not sure what your point is. Most of your post is inaccurate

Game compagny have to have those kernel anti cheat because MS never implemented proper isolation in the first place, if Windows was secured like an apple phone or a console there wouldn't be a need for it. Anti cheat don't run on

You can't compare VPS with VMs from major cloud provider, VPS don't offer anything beside basic compute. Also virtualization from cloud provider is way better because they have custom hardware and software so you don't suffer

Go is not difficult to maintain at large scale, I mean take Kubernetes for example, it's "trivial" to understand and modified even though it's in the millions loc.

Neither of your options are good, the first question you need to ask is that is the filter optional or not ( this is a contract / API question ). If not optional then return 400, otherwise return all the results ( and have pagination )

We need more details on 6. This is the hard part, like you swap connection from A to B, but if B is not synced properly and you write to it then you start having diff between the two and there is no way back. Like B is slightly out of date

Trying to parse email will result in bad assumptions. Better be a plain string than a bad regex. For examples many website reject + character, which is totally valid and gmail uses that for temporary emails. Same for adresses.

I always wondered how this works in practice for "real time" use cases because we've seen with secure boot + tpm that we can attest that the boot was genuine at some point in the past, what about modifications that can happen
