In all fairness, if the rest of us didn't run adblockers, they probably wouldn't need to be so aggressive with the ads for those that currently don't.

It depends on what you do on the internet. I rarely use an AdBlock on my phone, browse a lot from it and I don't find my experience hindered all that much. If AdBlock didn't exist on desktop my biggest gripe would be YouTube and t

Not if the money were say burned but at any rate, someone 'gets' them here, too - all holders' get the value of their eth proportionally increased because of the decreased amount of eth in circulation.

Eth is currently still inflationary overall, more is minted than burned in the majority of blocks.

Climate change while serious is nowhere near an 'existential threat' on the level of a planet-destroying asteroid. It's also harder to understand, and with a longer time frame so it's not comparable.

We are getting so many 'crypto=bad' basic articles (this one seems particularly devoid of relevant content) that I'm surprised the topic isn't auto-downweighed by now.

When the choice is no internet vs only having Facebook the latter simply gives you more options. It's not a curated news site, you can at least talk to friends for free and only join whatever groups or pages are relevant to you which i

We do seem to have a hard cap of around 120 which basically hasn't moved - we are just bringing the averages closer to it. I'm optimistic we'll go past it but not without some advances on a different level of everything so f

There's no reason to think that 7-730 hours is so little for you that it's hurting your performance if it's just based on those measures. Don't give yourself sleep anxiety over pointless chasing of 9 hours sleep.

No, sharding will increase the throughput but not enough. Ethereum are all-in on L2s long-term for scaling.
