Totally agree. My LG Watch G and my Nexus 5 never have problems connecting to bluetooth. And the connection is rock solid.

Dont forgot that the java mocking you are proposing requires JMockit, which in turn requires Reflection, and requires you to understand how JMockIt actually works... There is a lot of bookkeeping. In the go example, its just pure core go la

It still doesnt change the fact that Scala, as a programming language, tries to incorporate too many concepts while still trying to be typesafe. This makes the language complex, and not an ideal candidate.

Please not scala! I prefer to have clojure for android. Scala is too complex, to ugly, and tries todo too much. Its also to heavy for android (it needs tons of libs to run).

It seems to me the author should think twice about rewriting an entire code base in a new language. This almost always leads to disaster, and often doesnt give you a lot of value. Also he is pointing out, that he doesnt want to use 3rd part

While I do agree that java developers are often low quality developers. And than java frameworks are often bloated with Dependency Injection, Factories, Proxies etc... I disagree that Android has the same problems. To me it looks like Andro

The whole bash shell is built around input/output. A command generates output. Which might be input for another program. This forces commands to be non-interactive, and just plaint text. But it comes with the immense power of building

Yeah what i was thinking. There is no state to be managed. Its just a pipeline which doesnt not anything more than more machines to handles more load. Its relatively easy to implement.

Its using javascript. Seriously? Why? The only sensible reason to us it, is that a lot of users are using it. Technically there is no good reason to use old javascript imho.

I like this cost/benefit analysis. Often people forget that, when building a product, there are tons of features wanted, with different costs, and different benefits. Its not easy todo the right thing.
