Microsoft is only as good as the people paying allows it to be. If/when Windows refunds becomes popular, and people get the next-door kid to install an OS and LibreOffice. Then MS dies fast.

Hey, at least you get to pick your ads. :P Btw, a simple search for anything geeky gets me tons of dating ads. (i havent installed adblock on my Opera test-browser). Pics of smiling chicks may be preferred over ugly medical conditions.

"Ads are just more answers" I think ads and social should compete equally with other content in Results. In that, most ads should rank just above the spam at the bottom. And Social results should rank as any opinions, like forums and such.

Even those without domains to move can also do something useful, Convert any links to GoDaddy that you may have to plaintext. This also boosts your remaining links :D While at it, convert all links you may have to crummy places to plaintext

Google wants people to Login. And remain Logged in. Gathering data about people is more valuable when it's tied to an individual. (I'm very restrictive when i do have to login. I do what i'm there for. Nothing else. Then quickly logout.)
