I'd love to see this with a wider set of results. Also it would be good to include freelance/contract staff also.

If I could get a product at the end of it this would be fantastic and my ideal device. I'm glad it's much more achievable than Canonical's approach.

Excellent post. My concern with RWD is the page weight. Whilst with the proliferation of 3G and 4G this has somewhat been negated it still leaves a lot to be desired. I dont believe an 'App' is the answer and the original answer,

My biggest issue with AngularJS is the inflexibility of it to play nice with existing '1.0' sites. Almost all the sites I'll develop take advantage of progressively enhanced components or at minimum, widgets that are bootstra

Has anyone read this yet? I'd like to see a basic review before I through $25 at a relatively unknown author. Though regardless, congratulations on self publishing and getting a book out!

And I would expect no less. Considering the travel card (anywhere between 1.6-3k year) and the cost of living (at least 1-1.5K/month. How can anyone honestly expect someone to work for less than 60k, even as a mid tier dev? I hear so many c

I agree and this is a world where we humans can entirely misinterpret a text message because someone forgot to put an 'Emoticon' at the end. As a cauliflower faced, bucktoothed, tea swilling brit I didn't have any issue with it at all. My c

This is an interesting response and one I'm pondering myself. It clearly is of extreme importance to seed new developers in the industry and how should small shops shoulder their share? Young/junior developers often have a lot of spirit and

I see this a lot . Everyone expects a rock star who knows their entire stack. If you don't know their stack to the nth degree you are classified a junior and get paid 30-45k which is a joke in London. People like myself end up self-employe

I think one of the Pogo plug series will likely be your best bet. The pro is lacking in ram (256?) but has onboard SATA, Wifi and a shed load of USBs and can be bought for $20-30 iirc. Failing that one, why not get one of those chinese tabl
